The Taco 1600-868SRP , Inc. 1600868SRP Hi Temp Seal KIT-(SEASLIDE C MATERIAL) is a great kit to create a seal and keep your door in place. The kit is easy to install with the detailed instructions that are included. This product is made of several durable materials including stainless steel. This product can be used in temperature ranges of -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. This product will protect the area around the door from heat or cold. The compact and economical Taco Kit-SEAL, with a True Seal system, makes an excellent replacement to the original taco retort cylinders. This water seal kit includes two (2) hi-temp (HT) silicone gaskets, high temperature (280°F max.) SEALING compound, two (2) flange bolts with matching washers and lock nuts. The most important part of this kit, however, is the new SEALING Compound, which is an improved formula and provides a water seal that is equal to or better than the original cylinders that came with the unit.

Simply slide this long cover seal kit over the standard 16,000 to 8,000 BTU Taco heat seal assembly and you are ready to heat-seal for a longer wider track.

This kit allows the user to convert any standard slide gate valve with cylindrical seats to a hi-temp seal with little modification.

Two roller fiberglass endless heat seal rollers for sealing plastic bags used with the Taco Model 1600 and 868 Sealing System. Kit includes one side guide, both slide brackets, one lever and all of the hardware needed to mount in place of the existing lever. Note: Seaming Bars CV-31004-SRP and CVA-5100 depending on machine model must be replaced when using this kit.

The Taco Seal Kit is an external thermoplastic molding composed of chlorinated polyethylene (CE). The seal kits are used to provide a high performance, non leaking seam between two different wall thicknesses of the header sides. The kit includes an annular ring, a seal and adhesive necessary to complete the installation. The seal is supplied in 2 foot lengths with an adhesive backing. When ordering 2' sections, order quantity should reflect length requirements.
