The Taco 2400-45 Circulator Pump is designed for use in closed systems such as domestic water heater tanks and heat exchangers (truck exhaust, air to water, etc.). The Taco 2400 has a large diameter cast iron housing for maximum heat transfer and a series wound motor with overload protection. The 1/3 horsepower model runs at 3450rpm and has a maximum head of 66 feet.

The Taco Circulator Pump is an "Industrial Grade" product. This 3/4 cast iron circulator pump delivers 1/3 HP at 3450 RPM and 2.1 GPM (8.31 LPM). Taco's non-corrosive, all-steel motor housing and a centrifugal pump design work together to give you a long life of reliability. With a 165:1 gearbox ration, this pump also has the torque you need to handle demanding applications.
