The TEKMAR 2 Controls 10k Temperature Simulator gives students the opportunity to practice using both ice and steam evaporators. Two different valves are included and each can be set for either ice or steam operation. The low pressure steam exhaust (0.5 psi) is hot enough to boil water, but won't scald hands or cause burn damage.
