The Tekmar 356 Control is a variable speed mixing control that replaces 353.

This is a complete replacement mixing control for a Tekmar Feeder (not used on the Mancal brand feeders) that is part of the 356, 357 and 358 Mixers. It replaces unit 353, which controls the speed of both feeders at the same time. It operates from 0 to 320 rpm.

TEKMAR is introducing a new mixing control, 356 which replaces the 353. The 356 has many refinements of the former product, including a two-speed low-volume setting and a pilot light when power to the appliance is off.

The TEKMAR 356 Mixer Control is a stainless steel, 5-speed mixer motor used to replace the Tekmar 353 Mixer Motor. This replacement control features an easy-to-read speedometer dial, which makes it possible to achieve the exact mixing speed you desire. The TEKMAR 356 Mixer Control comes complete with a starter and hardware mounting plate, as well as a 1/2 horsepower TEKMAR motor.

Like the 353, this 356 is designed to reduce the cost of operation up to 30% and improve system performance with a fully proportional mixing control. The manual control/adjustable mixing add on control valve replaces the draft inducer mixing air regulator on application existing gas fired steam or hot water supply boilers. Used as an add on control to the 353, the 356 provides continuous proportional steam flow control with manual position override.

A direct replacement for your Tekmar mixer. The 356 CAN BE CONNECTED TO AQUA SWIVEL FOR CPV OR FOOD GRADE HOSE.

Models 356 and 358 are virtually identical to their model 353 predecessors. The same operating features of the earlier model are present in the 356. These units will replace model 353 (D0410) and utilize the same mounting plates and electrical hookups. Both single and three phase models are available.

The Tekmar 356 mixing drive is a robust stand-alone mixing unit for high and low speed blending applications. It can be used for blending, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying and much more. The 356 is supplied with a 2 year warranty and an analyzable frequency converter.
