Our Premier white 24V/750 Millivolt FOC provides a reliable, low-cost air conditioning solution for spaces of 7,500 to 30,600 cubic feet with full outdoor rated units. This fully featured system has two (2) air conditioner heads that can be independently controlled to provide cooling for each zone. In addition, a heating system provides supplemental heat as needed.

The Premier White 750 - 24v/750 Millivolt Fan Coil Unit includes a high quality magnetic motor, and a fresh air blower. This model is available in indoor-only and outdoor-airflow applications.

The 24V/750mV FOC is a compact thermostat with 24 volt output designed to control a heat pump (CPF) for room air conditioning or central heat pumps (CHPs). It also has a special feature that allows its functioning and electrical box cover to be permanently positioned at heights less than 6 feet. 'Minimally featured' means the 101 does not include soft start/stop or delay. The 100 does include these features.
