The Digital Thermometer (Part # 402-258B-01) is an optional add on that may be added to Beverage Air dispensers. This thermometer has the ability to display either the set temperature for the Beverage Air unit or the internal dispenser temperature. The Beverage Air Digital Thermometer will allow users of the dispenser to see what the actual temperature of the product is, as opposed to using a standard analog thermometer where you would only know if the product was below or above certain temperatures.
