Increase griddle capacity with the Thermostat. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, the 4- position high/low temperature control adjusts temperatures from 150 degrees F - 450 degrees F. The 180° degree rotation allows for even heat distribution and the Thermostat holds up to 14 skillets of food. See page 2 for cooking times.
