The THERMOSTATS-J, 3/16 X 12-1/4, 36 for Vulcan - Part# 00-411506-00001 from J&M Sales & Mfg Co is a thermistor designed for Vulcan brand heating systems. This particular part number has been tested and validated to ensure both its performance and reliability.

Vulcan 3 furnace (also called a heat exchanger). Made of steel. Measures 36" x 12-1/4" x 3/16". Thermostats are not good up to 1600 degrees F (factory setting is 1375 degrees F). Part number 0041150600001.

The thermastatsj are used to monitor and make corrections for oil temperatures and are located in the Vulcan's header tank. The thermastat installations are assembled with the side regulator first followed by the bottom nut, and finally the top nut.

From the Manufacturer This is a replacement thermostat designed for Vulcan Industrial gas-fired heating equipment. The 3/16 inch diameter return and the 1/2 inch diameter supply is threaded for a 24 thread Perma-Flex connection.
