With TIMER cool down options for Lincoln Oven, you can program your oven to automatically lower to a timed finish temperature after baking.

This timer allows you to program your cooker cool down to a specific time and temperature. For example, with our TIMER - COOL DOWN you'll be able to program the cool down of your grill or smoker after using the WSM and Yoder pellet smokers.

The built-in timer allows you to schedule the oven to automatically turn off after 30 minutes, with a residual heat function. This results in improved food quality by ensuring proper food and ingredient temperature at the time of cooking.
