Timer Kit - 12 Hr, 208/2 40 V

The Timer Kit - 12 Hr, 208/240V features a two-hour programmable timer with rocker pushbutton and an on-off switch. The temperature probe is resistant to 1100F, temperature compensation of 1%, and can be attached to the oven or control panel.

This kit includes (1) 12-hour timer, (2) on/off switches and (1) 9 ft. cord set. This timer has a separate plug for time control and a separate plug for on/off control. For use with Alto-Shaam oven cook-and-hold ovens; fits 240 Volts, , 60 Hz models only.

Designed to work with your F10999K, this timer for Alto-Shaam ovens offers 12 hour timed programming in minutes or hours modes. This timer kit is used to replace the current one on your unit.

The F10999K Timer Kit works together with the M16999A3C temperature controller, plus the F10ABCL 1C clock r e-generator and CPT1 cable, to control the cooking and holding for each oven and box combination. This 5" x 8" timer has a 24-hour cycle time and can be set in minutes or hours. If any of the dial settings are not desired, simply adjust them using a 1/16" wrench to the desired setting.
