The 31099 from Schneider Electric is a complete Pneumatic Calibration Tool Kit that comes with everything you need to calibrate, test and perform general diagnostic checks on cal orificated pneumatic meters. The device features a gauge range of 0 to 10 Vdc, a pressure range of 0-20 psi, an accuracy of within 2% and a resolution of 0.1% and is made with precision metal housing for long lasting durability. Comes with 1/4" quick connect adapter, 5' hose, 1/4" wrench and convenient carrying bag.

Here are some of its features: • 31099 is a High Precision 4-way micro-adjustable pressure distributor with digital display. • Simple "ON/OFF/CHECK" operation lever simplifies the calibration process. • The tool is calibrated for pneumatic tools and instruments, supplied in two formats: a) with 2 one-way pressure regulators for calibrating; b) with 4 one-way pressure regulators for calibrating, two-way pressure regulator and flow meter. • Quick change system allows fast replacement of air bottles.

The Model 31099 is designed for testing and calibrating pneumatic devices in either single or automatic operation. It features a 1/4" female quick disconnect, which mounts directly to the gauge for trouble-free calibration. The kit comes complete with two master pneumatic valve bodies, two Delrin® "T" Gauges, six dead end gauges, 6 ft (1.8 m) of calibrated air mechanism tubing and a special gauge adapter.
