The TOTO® THP3211TOTO® cover plate is manufactured to fit a 12" x 14" rough-in. This product is constructed of vitreous china, is sized at 12" x 14" and comes with an EfvMc finish. It's concealed and designed with a 1-piece construction. The TOTO® cover plate can withstand up to 400 pounds of pressure.
