The Trane SWT1257 is a Limit Switch that is used in the Burner Control System of Trane HVAC products. It allows the furnace to be turned on by the presence of two different voltages simultaneously on two different wires.

The Trane Limit Switch checks for proper motor operation. It permits power to flow only when the motor is running within its proper temperature range.

AUTO ON/OFF Function - SOLAR TRIM Only

The auto switch is designed to regulate the temperature of your short-circuit protected heating or cooling equipment. This thermocouple features a built-in Hall effect sensor which allows it to function with minimal input power. Our switch will automatically adjust the temperature according to changes in process conditions.

The Fleetguard® SWT Series limit switch, with termination for wiring up to 2/0 AWG, is designed for use in air horn and explosive separator applications. Easy-to-install sealing grommets prevent outdoor air from entering the switch casing. The solid brass switch terminal resists wear even under extreme service conditions.
