The VAL4827 is a 3 ton, 500# R-22 expansion valve for the Trane® indoor air handling systems. The valve combines an aluminum alloy body with a pressure limiting device, diaphragm, and control cable to provide service at high altitudes. The parts are shipped completely assembled and ready for quick installation.
