For use on the water side of the Johnson Controls 9424 1/2 in. Flare Valve. Pneumatic valves are used to control pressure and flow to pneumatic equipment. The valve opens and closes automatically as required by changes in pressure or flow.

The Johnson Controls 9424 2-way indoor pneumatic valve is designed for use in heating and cooling applications. The valve is normally closed and opens when acted on by an external force. It has a 1/2" NPT male center inlet connection, a 1/2 " flare female outlet connection, and an 100 lb working pressure. The actuator is located within the valve body and can be either a push to open or a push to close (pneumatic) operation .
