STEAM/H2O VALVE 1/2" SCREWED CV=0.7
Honeywell 57073 Two-Way Steam/Water Valves are steam traps that are designed to control condensate and prevent backflow of steam.
These steam/water valves can be used for both water and steam applications. They are designed for use with aircurtain burners and indirect panel heaters, as well as countertop or other direct heating appliances. When used with condensing units, you must also use a check valve to prevent back flow of water into the unit.
Developed specifically for steam cleaning, the V5011N3012 valve is a combined 1/2"-female NPT globe steam/water control valve with a 1/2" female NPT steam inlet connection at the top and a 3/4" male flare outlet at the bottom. It features stainless steel internals and thermofused strain relief to deliver long-lasting performance. Fully assembled, pre-lubricated and factory tested to ensure proper operation.
For steam valves, mixing pipelines and for other applications with H2O/Steam and condensate in the same pipeline. For use in heating systems, industrial process controls / kitchen equipment with manual control or as a control for heating devices with automatic control.
The V5211 Series Steam/Hot Water Valve provides steaming hot water or steam to the point of use and maintains temperature for mixing with cold feedwater. The valve is constructed of high chrome-nickel alloy steel, and has a full bore throat. Standard materials include brazed copper coils, NPT threads and cast brass trim. A full port design with three (3) LIFT positions and a built-in bellows protects the coil against freezing condensation while delivering 30% more heat output than the nearest competitors.
The Honeywell 57073 is a steam/water, direct-acting valve used for heating and cooling residential and light commercial applications. The valve features an internal spring-loaded diaphragm that provides internal control of the line pressure. This eliminates the need to adjust external spring assemblies and maintains higher accuracy of flow control over lifetime.
The Honeywell E-Series steam control valve, with a unique pipe clamp mounting design, provides dependable performance and is easy to install in both new and retrofit applications. This Series 5 valve provides dependable performance and is easy to service. It is ideal for steam applications requiring an economizer that also allows switching between steam/water to provide air makeup, such as the high side of a turbo-expander cycle found in large power plants.
