The V4 Series 4? Flanged Gas Valve Body is designed for use with 2-pipe systems such as HVAC and line sets. Providing the quintessential combination of beauty, style, and durability. With a long list of features, the V4 Series has it all. Each valve body is manufactured from 304L stainless steel (not shown in photo). They are engineered to provide uniform flow gas distribution with leak resistant performance all while operating at -20? – 70?, low pressure drop characteristic and minimal pressure variable characteristics.

Our gas valve body, for example, balances natural gas between 300 mm 19 in and 508 mm 21.034 in. This product is designed for W/V4 use in applications that require direct ignition.

The Honeywell 3230 4" Flanged Gas Valve Body is a gas valve body made of forged brass, with interchangeable design to work on 90 degree elbow or 45 degree angle bend. The gas valve is comprised of three main parts that include the bonnet, body and handle.

The Honeywell V5055A1228 gas valve body is designed to work with the Honeywell L4234 natural gas valve, used in commercial applications that require an external piloting.

The V4 valves are designed to handle high flows and pressures. The V4 Spa and Pool valves are designed for applications where the tub fill/drain channel is only slightly larger in diameter than the tub opening for the drain line (no expansion trap required). The V4 valves feature a maintenance-free, spring-loaded flapper assembly with a gas ball seat. The post-assembly settings are for hot water, and translate well to most aquatics applications. Recommended for spas, whirlpools, hydromassage or any other application where you want to fully control the water temperature.
