Honeywell Gas Valves are versatile and economical solutions for applications that require a modulating gas valve, such as burner control for heating, ventilating or air conditioning (HVAC). The high quality butterfly valve is suitable for both high and low pressure lines, with stems available in 3/4 in., 1 in., 1 1/4 in., 1 1/2 in. and 2 in. sizes. This series performs well in burners up to 30,000 Btu/h. With swing swing check, manual override handle and spring retainers with stainless steel seat pins, the valves provide years of trouble
Designed with the safety and performance of today's increasingly sophisticated heating and cooling systems in mind, the Honeywell (68153) 3/4" to 2" Integrated Valve Train Butterfly Gas Valve delivers ultimate performance with each installation. This valve is integrated into the valve train and produces accurate percentage modulation control for a more efficient heating or cooling operation. The valve has a 1/8-turn mechanism that ensures excellent valve life. It also has a low carbon steel body with stainless steel stem that provides corrosion resistance to outdoor weather conditions, and can be used with an optional gas-actuated pilot burner control that provides greater safety.
The Honeywell 3/4" to 2" Integrated Valve Train Butterfly Gas Valve allows a wide variety of valve train options for system builders and retrofit applications. This valve is designed for gaseous fuels, including propane and natural gas, and use in systems operating under 5 psi. The butterfly valve can be used as a primary or secondary valve with optional accessories. For sec ondary use, the molded ball seat seal is Buna-n with a neoprene seat ring seal.
This is a new style of gas valve that replaces 3/4" Dia. Butterfly Valves on both the intake and exhaust side as well as 4 in. & 6 in. butterfly valves on either or both sides of the engine. It works in engines with mechanical throttle, electronic throttle, and ECU throttles where a 1" wide valve opening is required at WOT (Wide Open Throttle) for proper engine operation. The butterfly style provides is more compact than the fishtail style valve where controls are mounted from above rather than on the face of the valve. The butterfly style still has large valves to ensure enough air
Honeywell's 3/4 - 2 in. valve is a butterfly gas valve used for on-off control of natural or LP gas. This valve has an adjustable regulator that allows it to work with low and high pressure systems and is constructed of carbon steel for durability. This bronze butterfly valve provides optimum performance because of the cast iron stem, adjustable stem with removable cap, and corrosion resistant aluminum casing.
Comfort control valve lever pressure controls between 30-100 psi, modulating the air/fuel mixture
The Honeywell 68153 offers great versatility by combining all of your valve train needs into one compact pump. This valve train is built to last and features heavy duty parts designed for the rigors of natural gas or propane fuel systems that conventional valves typically have trouble with, such as sulfide corrosion. It is a compact design that self-regulates orifice sizes, eliminating the need for multiple valve sizes to conform to flow requirements from each orifice on various pumps.
