ELECTRIC VALVE ACTUATOR 24V PROPORTIONAL
This Johnson Controls VA9104-GGA-2S 24 Vdc 2-Position Electric Valve Actuator with Base is a proportional 2-way valve, intended for mounting on a threaded pipe. The valve style design provides a fast and accurate switching capability over a broad pressure range, at low differential pressures. The actuator provides protection against external influences such as dirt, moisture, dust, and contamination from oil splashing. This Johnson Control´s VA9104-GGA-2S 24 Vdc 2-Position Electric Valve Actuator with Base is listed to UL/CSA standards upon initial testing.
The Johnson Controls VA9104-GGA-2S Electric Valve Actuator (VA) is a proportional control valve for two-stage systems. The Johnson VA10912-GGA-4S and VA10922-GGA-4S valves mate with these actuators and provide DP3 capability. The VA9104-GGA-2S and associated valves and actuators are typically used for manufacturing refrigerant evaporator expansion loops, refrigerant condenser water heating loops, and HVAC air conditioning applications.
The ECV series is a small electric actuator with no on-board power supply required. It is available in both proportional and ON/OFF configurations. The ECV series has quickly become the leading fail-safe electric actuator within the market place due to its unsurpassed performance, reliability and ease of use. They are ideal for long term valve control applications.
This electric valve actuator is billet aluminum with stainless steel internal component. It uses a 24VAC Output, 12 VDC for logic power supply, and 10V/20mA output terminals.
Electrical control valve actuator for proportional control of air, gas or steam
The Johnson Controls VA9104-GGA-2S valve actuator is designed for use with many of the commonly used proportional control valves in the market today. Proportional control valves use a positioner to achieve precise proportional control of flow or position, providing smooth and repeatable operation.
The VA9000/VA9200 SPACECAP™ valve actuators are designed to control single or multi-port valves used in oil, gas and water applications. The integral Proportional (P) control mode provides precise control of liquid levels in tanks, vessels and silos.
The Johnson Controls VA9104-GGA-2S valve actuator is a rugged mechanism, optimized for low flow applications where a proportional, nonlinear valve profile is required -- such as continuous filling or draining of a potable water tank.
VA9104-GGA-2S is a proportional position feedback controller for small to medium sized valves (1/8" to 1" or 20mm to 25mm). It consists of three major sub-systems: An integral hardware PID loop with patented proportional banding, A robust user definable output signal incorporating two offset registers and four deadband registers, A reliable numerically controlled valve interface. This unit features a 2 second zero time prior to power up.
Our VA9104-GGA-2S is suited for applications recirculating or circulating water systems. Built with Johnson Controls' patented VersaGlide load sharing feature, the actuator's proportional control is ideal for reducing operating pressures, heating costs and the risk of cavitation. The reduced steam pressure required also reduces the chance of failure if system pressure were to dip unexpectedly. A range of safety features is built into the VA9104-GGA-2S Series, including the ability to stop the motor following operator inoperative responses, an over temperature protection shutoff switch, NEMA 4X enclosure for indoor
The VA9104-GGA-2S is designed for demanding HVAC applications. The two-position proportional control valve can be used
