When your system calls for a rise in pressure, the SOL-1029 rises gradually and automatically. Once the desired pressure has been reached, the vacuum controller switches to hold mode and maintains its position until it is time to rise again. The Vacuumstat Controller P/N L411A1029 is one of the key components for proper performance of a Honeywell V-40 and V-60 Series two stage, dual element gas valves in those applications requiring a solenoid operated vacuum panel. The Vacuumstat Controller P/N L411A1029 is an open on rise device and receives power from the low voltage control circuit and contains a coil for actuation when the solenoid contacts close.

The Honeywell L411A1029 vacuumstat controller is a dual-stage process control device designed to maintain a target location and display a visual indication of the deviation from that point. This process control device features upper and lower temperature set points, a "rise on open" set point, an upper pressure (vacuum) set point, a lower pressure (vacuum) set point, and an upper accuracy specification of ±2%.

Vacuumstat controllers provide automatic control of central heating and domestic hot water circulating systems by sensing the vacuum in the main line and adjusting the flow of hot water or gas to maintain the desired vacuum.
