The Frymaster 8101569 Valve, Drain - 1.25W/Lock is sold as a kit with the regulator attachment for model FR-G115, permitting you to regulate the amount of oil that drains into the tub.

The KFV-L 1.25" Manual Drain Valve for Frymaster® fryers allows manual draining by turning the valve control. It easily installs onto the fryer stand and attaches to the water supply lines with flare fitting connectors. The KFV-L 1.25" Manual Drain Valve is a replacement for model numbers: 2800, 2200, 2400FG, 2300BG and 1400FGH.
