The 24V Floating Actuator is for use with Cabinet and Verticle Center-Hung Valves. It uses high quality 4MA magnet and provides a signal output of 0 to 5 volt for process control system. The actuator is designed with safe working state (SID) output and built-in transient voltage suppressor (TVSS) to protect the connected equipment against any over voltage trips....

The 24v Floating Actuator may be mounted vertically as well as horizontally. It is designed to meet the requirements of Honeywell Valves in many applications. Its insulating housing is connected to a fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic body that contains the coil assembly and the magnet. The valve's operating and actuator position are controlled by a combined rod-magnet device that converts control current to magnetic force thereby setting the piston in the desired position.

The floating actuator is used to control valve position depending upon the setting of the master controller. The position is referenced to on/off or flow reversal, using a potentiometer. A 4-20 mA sensor system may be added for better control and diagnostics, if required. The design offers excellent switch point stability with low hysteresis loss and high repeatability.

The Honeywell VC6834ZZ11 VS600B Floating Tank Actuator is designed to operate a manual or electronic water level system for wall hung or pit mounted vertical storage tanks. The actuator is designed for direct mounting on a tank through an inlet opening. The 24V direct acting actuator drives a spring loaded ball check valve which will allow the water level to float within the tank and control the discharge flow from the tank contents through a piping system. This unit requires 5 manifold blocks for pipig connections and operates with 900 watts at 120/240 VAC.
