1" SWEAT THREE WAY MIXING/DIVERTING
The Honeywell 1" SWEAT Three Way Mixing/Diverting Zone Valve Bo is designed for use with conventional radiant floor heating systems. The valve body is constructed of brass and includes a zinc-plated forged brass stem and pre-set handle. This three way diverter valve allows the installer to divert heat from one or two separate floor heating zones to an external air source and back through the same floor heating zones.
This 1" sweat three way mixing/diverting zone valve boot is designed for use with Honeywell mixing/diverting three way valves. This product has a white boot mounted on an adjustable red steel frame.
This 1 inch Sweat-Three Way Mixture / Diverting Zone Valve is designed for use in either vertical or horizontal applications with any of the 1" and 2" pipe sizes commonly found in a heating or cooling system, such as 5/8 inch copper and ¼ inch aluminum. The valve controls low temperature processes that require a minimum temperature of 10° F. by diverting fluid to the ambient air stream, and it can also be used to mix hot and cold water together for preheating and postcooling operations.
This mixing/diverting zone valve delivers hot water to multiple fixtures using a single line. The large flow rate meets the demand of today?s high-efficiency clothes washers and dishwashers. Features/Benefits: 1/2", 3/4" & 1" Sweat Trim, Includes a brass Y adapter on both supply and mixing zones, Ozone safe components, Reduced number of installations per project by 50% or more
Honeywell's 1" Sweat Three-Way valve provides precise control with long-lasting durability. The body and bonnet are integrally formed from high quality, brass die castings, producing a seamless junction that prevents leakage around the spool. The unique Silent-Glide actuator keeps the actuator pad in close proximity to the seat, reducing vortex and dramatically reducing audible operating sound.
The D0404 series mixing zone valve is designed for applications requiring flow control and mixing in refrigerant, oil, air, or other liquids. By providing three-way mixing or diverting action, this valve can be used as a control valve, service valve, or takeoff to a smaller line. Approvals: CSA (SCHUKO)
A mixing/diverting zone valve is a type of flow control valve commonly utilized in radiant heating systems. It allows for a combination of hot water and steam to be mixed or diverted at the point of use, while reducing the risk of scalding.
