The Johnson Controls VG1245AD+923BGB 1/2" 2W Ball Valve 1.2CV is a solenoid, single-way, normally closed ball valve that provides digital programmable drive. The VG5 is a high accuracy digital drive system designed to operate up to three valves simultaneously via a single proprietary command logic. The VG5 is built with a stainless steel body and exhibit stable behavior under harsh condition. Its range of application includes HVAC control, MMI touch panel operation, electrical cabinet automation and various other applications requiring electronic control for precision-engineered motion control within fluid systems.

The VG1245 is a solid-state DC Electronic Flow Control Valve. It provides 2-way, normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) overload protection and non-adjustable proportional (SPRING OPENWITH), and the electronic operator is 100% backwards compatible with existing VG100 and VG200 valves.

The VG1245 and VG1246 and VG1248 (where the suffix "SQL" denotes stainless steel trim) are 1/2" to 1" nominal size, 2-way normally closed ball valves with full bore ports. The valve's bottom port is internally threaded and serves as a cap for the top port. All metal parts of the valve are stainless steel, including the ball and stem (except for the brass plug that closes the bottom port).
