Ideal ball valves are designed with sanitary or medical applications in mind. Johnson Controls introduces Part Number M13110A58, a new Trim Spring for their Motion Partition product line. This spring is designed to be used with the 283718, 2W Ball Valve. This ball valve is meant to be mounted to standard 2 inch NPSM threaded pipe or mechanical tubing.

PIGGIE BACK VALVES are used to recover head pressure upstream of a regulator, to equalize the downstream pressure on the suction side of the main tank. The trim spring limits the valve's closing travel to prevent simultaneous opening of different valves, which could introduce air into subsequent stages of a pneumatic system . One-Way valves are used to bypass air upstream of a regulator during testing so the downstream pressure can be accurately determined.
