2-1/2" FLANGED THREE WAY PNEUMATIC MIXING VALVE AS
The 2.5" Flanged Three Way Pneumatic Mixing Valve is an adjustable electro-pneumatic control which automatically mixes two flow streams such as water and glycol, reducing the need for separate flow controls. The operator adjusts the ratio of flow by adjusting the speed of one port relative to the other. The valve is normally closed, and it opens when differential pressure across the flow ports exceeds 3 psi. This action means that only a small differential pressure is required to open and close the valve. This control also simplifies valve maintenance because all adjustments can be made from a single location.
A three way, non-spring diaphragm pneumatic mixing valve. , Nominal Pressure: 125 PSIG (862 kPa ), Series: VG2831TM843E00 , ANSI Class: 150, Service: Process Gas Transfer
The MX series actuators can be used anywhere that a non-proportional control valve supply air to a pneumatic/electronic device application. The three-way design incorporates a rigid air mixing chamber with an integrated 3/4 NPT thread. The MX actuator's compact size and flanged body housing provides for shallow mounting to a wall or other flat surface.
Three way pneumatic valves are used to change the direction of flow through the valve, to shut off flow through the valve, or to reverse flow through the valve. The MX series valves are interchangeable with the MK series valves. The MX2 is color coded for easy identification of materials being mixed, but no color coding is required for the MP84 valve. The MP84MP oxygen-free brass valve body bi-directional spool, +/- 3% poppet seat pressure accuracy, full-flow L/D material metering butterfly butterfly spools are compatible with all materials being handled by these valves.
Two-way mixing valve. Maximum pressure 150 psi - Fixture pressure rated for 150 psi maximum pressure of the three way mixing valve is recommended to be between 10 psig and 100 psig. Maximum of two remote actuators per two way mixing valve must not exceed 25 foot long of wire from receiver to valves.
The MX/MP84-2.5 is a 3-way, 2.5" (63 mm) make-up gas mixing valve rated for continuous duty in normal or low pressure (LP) applications. This valve provides positive isolation of the discharge connection, automatically opening discharge when make-up gas is applied to the diaphragm inlet and closing the discharge when make-up gas is removed from the diaphragm inlet.
Defrost your cold plate applications, match your flow to daily demands, and improve system efficiency with Johnson Controls' Pneumatic Three-Way Valve. It's compact design reduces the footprint, and it's low-cost advantages let you grow with less waste and more profits. Designed for performance and durability, this valve will meet your needs while keeping you up and running.
The Johnson Controls 2.5 MX and MP84 ACT Low Pressure Zone Valves included with the Low Pressure Zone System perform zoning control on Low Pressure. The two-way fittings are pneumatic and can be used to detect both high and low pressures in a zone.
The Johnson Controls Outlet-Mounted Air Mixing Valves with Econoflush feature allow for precise air mixing control, allowing pool/spa owners to increase the efficiency of their pools and spas by eliminating periods of oxygen depletion. The easy-to-install valve features a multi-port design, offering three fixed flow rates or manual bypass options, allowing for precise mixing control or precise volume output. Flow rate is factory preset which saves time. The tapered lower portion of valve is very sleek, allowing for installation in tight spaces. Built-in Y-branch fittings are
For industrial applications such as paint, powder coating and food & beverage, where viscous and high viscosity fluids or abrasive materials may be used. The valve is furnished with a molded diaphragm and has a maximum pressure rating of 400 psi.
