This Union N.O. 2-way pneumatic valve is constructed of high impact ABS plastic with Viton O-rings installed in both the male and female threaded connections to assure maximum protection against leakage and breakage caused by overtightening and vibration

The JCI Steel 2 union union assembly has a 1" NPT connection and comes as a 2-way. The valve is for solenoid valve applications only and the Steel 2 union union assembly has an operating pressure of 75 psi. It also features a bore size of 1" and a nominal tubing size of 20 ga.-1/8".

A single valve is used to control the flow of air between heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Note: The pneumatic piping system should be designed to supply 2-3 times the number of valves on the system. This is to have sufficient air supply for each of the valves on the system. It is recommended that multiple valves be mounted on a manifold block so that they can be more easily accessed for service or replacement.

Pneumatics are used in many applications.
