The Johnson Controls VG7842ES+3801E 1/2"" 3W1/2 NPT Light Commercial Valve's body is made of brass for durability and long lasting use. The Johnson Controls VG7842ES+3801E 1/2"" 3W1/2 NPT Light Commercial Valve has an industrial rating, giving it the ideal fit for industrial applications.

The unique capability of height and lock feature make this control a great unit for under bench installations. This 1/2" 3W1/2 NPT Transmitter is Low Pressure and has one (-) screw terminal connection and one (wire lead) connection. This low pressure control is specific for various ranges such as baseboard heaters, electric baseboard heaters and other heating equipment.

The VG7842-ES+3801E pressure relief device is designed for use with vertical drain, gravity vacuum, and gravity vertical pump dip tanks. The VG7842-ES+3801E contains a heavy-duty solenoid coil valve with integral pressure sensor, which senses exceeding of either the set pressure or relief pressure of 3/4" NPT.

The VG line expansion valve is field adjustable, allowing the installer to reduce fan power for increased life. The 3801E has a pressure reducing pilot valve mechanism for exact pilot control. The design allows the pilot gas to ignite easily even when the system pressure is low. A 1/2 in. pipe connection is utilized on all models.

The Johnson Controls VG7842ES+3801E 1/2" Straight Valve System has a durable, four position solenoid valve with continuous pilot. This valve operates in the normally closed and normally open positions and includes selection buttons to fine tune these functions. It also includes two ambient pressure switches and mounting hardware to facilitate installation.

Light commercial combination gas valve with a three-position handle on the front cover. The handle latches in place for on/off operation and can be used to seal any position on the main gas supply. On the exterior of the cover is a green locking tab that protects against unintended movement of the handle.
