This Fire Chief Honeywell 112577 3" Flanged globe valve, Two-way equal percentage is a whole lot of valve for the money. I purchased these valves to replace an old set that leaked at the gate seat. The plastic hand wheel on my old valves was made out of a plastic which was hardened by age and would not turn easy making it difficult to fine tune. This new set has a brass wheel which has been redesigned by Honeywell to handle more torque. They work great and allow me to fine tune my sprinkler system easier. The Honeywell 112577 3" Flanged globe valve, Two-way equal percentage, is a brass two-way general service valve with cast zinc alloy body. It has polypropylene seats and a polypropylene handle. The port connections are 1/2" NPT for the supply; 1/2" MPT for suction, and 1/2" NPTF for the guard.
