Vallejo Metal Color is an exciting addition to the range of Vallejo acrylic colors. Formulated with the same painstaking care and attention to detail as Vallejo's famous acrylic colors, each shade in this range of liquid metals has been specifically chosen to produce beautiful highlights and strong contrast effects, when applied over a dark undercoat.

The Metal Colors are a range of heavy body acrylic colours which have been especially developed in order to achieve the most realistic and uniform application possible. They may be applied directly from the bottle onto the brush or into a palette, as they have been designed to greatly minimise wastage.

Metal Color is a revolutionary water-based paint for model assembly and diorama. It reproduces perfectly the colors of real metal, without reflections or refractions. This paint can be applied with a brush, by airbrush, or with a conventional airbrush after activating it with the Metal Activator. Metal Colors are neither toxic nor flammable, they contain no solvents and VOCs and are not affected by alcohol or water. Their flexibility makes them ideal to simulate complex objects as metal sheets, cables, rubber hoses etc.

Vallejo Game Metallic Acrylics are very intense colours, designed to add realism to figures and dioramas. The paints are mostly concentrated in pigments and vehicle additives, with little or no chalk fillers.
