3 PROBE CONTROL HEAD 316SS

The 3 PROBE CONTROL HEAD 316SS is an optional accessory for use with the 3E3C series of sensors. This Controller mounts to the 3-probe power supply. It enables precise drilling, setting of limits, and source pulse selection.

The 3E3C Sensors & Controls 3-probe control head is designed for use in wet or dry chlorine gas applications. The 316 stainless steel housing is standard on all control heads. Housing material and finish is available upon request (other material options).

The 3-Probe Control Head delivers process control, convenience, and ease of integration. A simple pushbutton interface provides direct access to monitoring capabilities such as tank level, pressure, temperature monitoring and alarm management. It is available with up to 3 thermocouple or RTD sensors.

With the 3E3C Three Probe Control head you can easily program a recipe across three probes. Use up to six probes for further accuracy. The clear LCD display with slide switch button is easy to setup and use, while the back lit buttons make it easy to read in low light or while wearing gloves. The rugged stainless steel construction ensures that the product will endure everyday use in commercial applications. Warranty: Limited 2 year warranty

The Warrick-Gems 3 probe control head see many different uses in a process control system. They are great for use in High Temperature applications like Sous Vide and Liquid Nitrogen. It is also perfect for monitoring container temperatures and application that use an ice bath. This control head is capable of holding three probes similar to the ITC-1000 temperature controller, however can be used with any 0-100 mA signal probe.

Built with one of the world's most advanced controllers, Warrick3C is our newest three probe control head with all stainless construction. Warrick3C comes standard with cascade and can be ordered as a 3 or 4 or 5 probe control head.

The Gems 3-probe control heads are designed to function as an integral part of any automated process requiring three materials and/or temperatures. The control head may be positioned anywhere along a conveyor track, providing three independent outputs that may be individually set to alarm, trip, and/or log conditions.
