Our 510-300-013 McLain 210F Spill Switch is manufactured without PCBs and has a rating of 1,000 volts. The 210F is also ATEX zone 1 and ATEX zone 2 compliant.

The McLain 3700 Series Reactor 510-300-013 Spill Switch M/R 210F Spill Switch outside diameter 2" and has a depth of 2". It contains a two-wire cable.

The 510-300-013 spill switch fits into the baseboards of the M/R 210F, 210H, and 215F series. Once installed, if a tank overfills or if the meter is bumped and knocked off scale the switch will shut down automatically to prevent overflow.

These spill switches can sense various levels of liquid and then switch the appropriate function in your weil-mcLain electro-pneumatic controller using 1/8" tubing, eliminating the need to replace controls when a spill occurs. They are available in several different configurations depending upon the application.

The McLain Spill Switch, M/R 210F, is a 4" mounting diameter one-piece design normally open (N.O.) contact. The N.O. trip point is adjustable via 8 set screws between the upper and lower contact assemblies in 30 psi increments up to 5000 psi. A discharge orifice is used with a visual signal of 0-75% available as standard 2 1/2" LED type and LCD type for 75% or more liquid in the container.
