WE C-3 CRIMPING TOOL

The WESTERN ENTERPRISES 312-C-3 WE C-3 CRIMPING TOOL is a hand crimper for use in crimping 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", & 3/8" aluminum aircraft cables, used for making aircraft riggings such as push/pull cables and control cables for airplanes, helicopters and aircraft. The tool is designed to crimp the unstreched cable without splitting the wires.

The Western Enterprises WE C-3 crimping tool is the perfect solution for terminating both hard drawn and pre-made cordsets consisting of two to three wires. This crimping tool allows the installer to terminate both 6 AWG (0.080") through 8 AWG (0.095") wire by depressing the wire into the insulated edge of the pin for maximum wire retention while completely squashing the interior copper conductors during termination.

The WE C-3 is a rugged, ready to use automatic tool recommended for use on large diameter innerduct installations. With its streamlined frame, the WE C-3 creates consistent, reliable crimps for 12 gauge and smaller.

The C-3 Crimping Tool is an example of Western Enterprises' dedication to innovation in crimping. The C-3 works with the same 721100 721110 721130 721220 721230 721231 721240 721300 721310 721320 721520 721700 crimper dies previously used to crimp the C38/C41 connectors. The C-3 Crimping Tool provides high quality crimps without wasting expensive connectors.

The WE-C3 has a 1/4 inch collet, and is capable of crimping .049/.051 and .055/.059 aluminum and copper connectors. The tool can be used with either alligator clips, or with standard crimping sleeves for use with stranded insulated wire or telephone cable.

The WE312-C-3 is a cinch tool for the C-3 ratcheting crimper. A Cinch tool is used to close the end of the contact straps after you have placed them into the wire lug crimper. Now with this special tool, there is no need to hold down any pullies or knobs making it much easier to use. This tool has a blue colored housing with white pinion/worm gear and the Cinch Tool logo on one side.
