PRESET NITROGEN PURGINGREGULATOR WITH 500 PSI E
The WESTERN ENTERPRISES 312-VN-500 PRESET NITROGEN PURGINGREGULATOR WITH 500 PSI E Valve Nitrogen Regulator is an economical purging regulator designed for nitrogen applications requiring fixed pressure output.
The 312-VN-500 Preset Nitrogen Purging Regulator is a D.E. type regulator with a rubber diaphragm inlet check valve and an adjustable outlet pressure gauge. The flow control valve has a minimum flow of 20 scc/min which will minimize the inlet gas flow regardless of the inlet pressure. This 1/4-28 ANS Pipe size regulator can be used to purge systems that utilize a cross over to downstream equipment and piping systems that contain flamable vapors.
Our L50 Series purging regulators come preset for 50 PSI E, and 500-E producing a continuous flow of 45 SCFH. Our NTP Regulators are hermetically sealed with a 316 stainless steel body and cone.
Purge pressure is preset to 500 psi E. The regulator may be easily converted to purge oxygen by changing a popped out purger valve. The regulator has an easy-to-read gauge, push button control, heavy duty construction, and a versatile disconnect assembly.
The WESTERN ENTERPRISES 312VN is a calibrated, preset regulator certified by the Underwriters Laboratories and tested to ANSI B30.5-1971 standard. The regulator has a maximum inlet pressure of 500 psi E and is set at 200-250 psi E for use with non-critical equipment such as most lasers, shock tubes, vacuum pumps, or for purging applications. It is equipped with 1/4 in. LT ERW flexible outlet tubing reducing inlet connection thread size to 1/4 in. NPT and 5 ft (1.52 m) of hose assembly which includes air
Durable and easy to operate, the WESTERN ENTERPRISES 312VN500 preset regulator is designed to aid in efficient air purging of nitrogen into a low pressure potable water system. This product also has a 7-liter per minute flow rate.
The 312-VN-500 is a preset regulator designed for use on most Western pressure vessels, especially those used for purging purposes. It is designed to discharge nitrogen directly into the discharge line and also has a built in manual control valve for testing purposes.
