The LP pilot assembly is to be used in conjunction with your existing 0-160 type burner to convert it to an auto-ignition system. Pilot assembly helps prevent ugly flare ups and provides for better cooking.

The P323419 LP Tank Pilot Assembly is a replacement part for LP gas grill models such as Brinkmann, Charmglow, Evergrill, Jennair, Kenmore, Nexgrill, Northern Lights, Paloma, Patio Chef, Perfect Flame by Broilmaster Outdoors and Weber.

The perfect solution for LP applications where the pilot flame is not constant but rather is needed intermittently. The Pilot Assembly includes a 12-Volt DC air pump, a safety cut-off switch, and an LP gas regulator. These units are compact, about half the size of most common 12 - VDC air pumps, making them ideal for LP applications where space is at a premium or where heat buildup in the burner box due to use of 12 - VDC pump would be a problem.

A full containment pilot assembly reduces gas odor into the room. The steel sleeve will support a higher horsepower than a standard type pilot assembly which comes with our model P5860.

This is an ORIGINAL replacement pilot assembly for the following stoves: Elmed, Nutone, & Burnrite. Please check your burner type and model number to ensure that you are ordering the correct part. Screws not included.
