Ice making Ice machine is the color of clear ice and has a clearer sound than standard black 12 lb. clear ice. The Moisture Indicator alerts you when a filter is no longer functional and requires replacement. A light blue ring around the inside edge of the filter turns pink to indicate that replacement is required. Replacing the filter is an important component of maintaining your humidifier. Be sure to check at least twice daily and replace filters as recommended for optimal performance of your humidifier's evaporative system.

The York® model 026-32800-000 moisture indicator is an orange pad that fits inside of the humidifier of your air conditioning system. It indicates when water is present, notifies you of potential problems, and suggests maintenance needs.

Do not use this unit until the moisture indicator has turned pink to ensure that the product has reached an acceptable relative humidity. When you do use your fireplace, be sure that the moisture indicator is well above the "wet" zone.

The moisture indicator lets you know at a glance if there are any leaks that need attention while the valve helps prevent freeze damage.
