The York MTR Condenser 1085 CW VSD 208/230-1 unit is a small capacity commercial packaged rooftop air conditioning system. This 1,085-2,400 Btu (h.w.) commercial rooftop packaged terminal unit has a 100% outdoor air/integral heat exchanger, 380 Volt powered and heat pump combination, and an auto changeover over to cooling when the unit is called upon to do so. The single phase indoor fan coil features a wedge design, 8.9 amps per ton, a 134 x 36 x 14 9/16 inch frame size and a 394 pound weight.

With a capacity of 256 tons [228 kW], the MTR condensing explosion proof heater can easily heat demanding applications. The 286,000 Btu [225 kW] heater operates quietly and consumes less power than other models in it's class. The S1 Single Phase Variable Speed Drive is a fully programmable electronic device that is capable of operating any York variable speed motor with an input voltage of 208 to 230 Vac. The S1 also includes the capability of having the inverter function removed through software programming, allowing it to operate with pulse-width modulated (PWM) motors.

Made with the environment in mind, this condensing unit is environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Featuring a G-80 housing, it can be used to heat for between 500-1,000 square feet. Its plenum made of galvanized steel provide strength and durability, while the condensing coils are both corrosion resistant and durable.
