York's VLV TXV 3/8X5/8 ODF Wall mounts feature the Variable Length Venting (VLV) design that provides both extraction and supply ventilation with outdoor air. This system combines the advantages of venting to the outside with the flexibility of easily changing the operating limits of the system. The VLV TXV is ideal for retrofitting existing installations with minimal impact on future operation, operation, and maintenance.

The York S1-025- 45300-000 VLV TXV 3/8X5/8 ODF is used to control fresh air intake, return air discharge, and power exhaust in both heating and cooling applications. It features a 1.5" NPT port size, 2.5" OD ports.

The VLV TXV has unique features that allow the installer to reduce the installation time by over 50%. It is compatible with both variable-speed and single-stage applications, offering installers flexibility in design. This two-piece vacuum actuation valve uses only one actuation line to control both positions of the valve

This device is an extended life, high temperature, high reliability replacement for the Johnson Controls W-241 mechanical refrigerant metering device or as a field modification to existing refrigeration equipment. The York S1-025-45300-000 is a 1P, 25LB, 115VAC, 90C, Vlv. This product has been discontinued by the manufacturer and replaced with product number SVJ20EF50EF2. The SVJ20EF50EF2 will be a drop in replacement for the S1-025-45300-000.

The S1-025 replaces York heating and cooling systems that use these valves. This check valve is used for safety to prevent the recirculation of air into the system's air chamber. Featuring a 4023 or 3015 mounting option, this check valve is specifically engineered and designed for safety and durability.
