The 90 degree "Pin Hinge is designed for use in many applications, including tables, countertops, wood doors and screen doors.

The York Pin Hinge acts as a door stop and helps your door close with ease once you close it. It features a pin hinge that is attached at the bottom of your door and it stays in place by itself, which makes installing it very easy. This handy feature will eliminate the need to touch the inside of the door - no more dirty gloves or smudges on your beautiful new door!

The Pin Hinge offers a lower cost alternative to the more expensive knife hinge. The Pin Hinge offers similar appearance as the knife hinge, but is easier for manufacturers to install.

The York S1 Series Pin Hinge has a hinge length of 22", a pin diameter of 0.7", and a pin length of 7/8". The maximum pin capacity is 100 lbs. A larger pin capacity means that the door will have less deflection, resulting in a more solid feel and better door balance.

Covered under a limited lifetime warranty, this pin hinge is a necessary product for preventing cabinet door failure. Designed with a thrust bearing to protect the mounting surface from splitting, gravity locks on each end make assembly quick and easy while also providing a secure fit. It has a 3/8-inch diameter hinge shaft with a 1-inch maximum overall mounting depth.
