The York S1-331-03654-000 10kOhm Temp Sensor allows heaters to function more efficiently and safely. Designed for use with select models, this sensor mounts on the water heater, and it contains a small thermistor that monitors the water temperature and transmits signals through a three-wire lead to an electric control board. This sensor is used with all one pipe, two pipe and three pipe electric resistance water heaters. The 10kOhm temperature sensor is designed to simplify the integration of temperature sensing into HVAC system control. The sensor's NTC thermistor output voltage is highly linear with temperature for accurate temperature measurement, free of the typical offset errors found in resistive thermistors. The sensor operates from -25~ 85°C via Plug-and-Play connection to a PLC or microcontroller. The internal diode provides protection against stray voltages, and the 10kO resistor allows the sensor to work within the internal PLC logic voltage range of 5V ~ 24Vdc.

The YR-1144 is a 10k Ohm Thermistor (NTC Thermistor) for general purpose applications. The quick connect cable allows the sensor to be easily removed for service or replacement.
