York's S1-373-12894-703 3Tube Heat Exchanger is designed with modularity in mind. Fluid flow may be configured to single or multiple circuits, depending on the installation requirement.

The YORK 3Tube heat exchanger is designed to heat liquids. Its tubes are constructed of nickel-plated brass that can withstand higher temperatures than conventional tank-type water heaters. Featuring a capacity of up to 100 gallons per hour, this unit can be used for hot water applications such as scalding applications, acid recovery, pasteurization and glycol recovery.

When it comes to servicing large buildings, units that hold multiple units are required. Systems that can service more than one unit at a time are more efficient. This 3 tube heat exchanger can do just that. From serving more than one unit in a restaurant to more than one hotel guest room, the 3 tube heat exchanger is the perfect solution.

The York 3tube heat exchanger is specially designed for air conditioning systems that require recovery of the water energy normally lost through discharge. The recovery or pay back period can be achieved in periods ranging from 6 to 18 months depending on the cooling load.

The YORK 3-Tube Heat Exchanger provides truly balanced water temperatures for all of your family's bathing needs. This unit includes a 24" hand shower, a hand wand with a 12" neck and a raincan showerhead for those that prefer a gentler spray. The unit also comes with 10' of flexible supply line and an additional 2' of valve cover compression tubing to allow for easier installation. This product is certified by CSA International as meeting our quality standards.
