The York S1-VLV-011 11Ton 11HP R-22 TXV "7/8x1 1/8"" is a great new replacement heat exchanger that can be used to replace any of the following model numbers:

A 7/8 inch by 1 1/8 inch 11 ton replacement TXV that can be used in York compressors. This TXV has a quick connect system so it can be anchored to the compressor for easy installation. It is also made with one-piec construction to prevent any leaking or freezing. The quick connect system allows for easy removal and replacement of the old piece without the use of tools.

Featuring a 1/2" x 1/2" refrigerant connection, this R-22 11 ton thermostatic expansion valve for refrigeration systems is designed to regulate the expansion of the refrigerant in the system, ensuring consistent performance. The vanes are adjustable so that it can be set at 3 different fixed ranges. Its 1/8 inch barbed outlet makes it easy to hook up.

Texas Refrigeration Products has proudly introduced the S1-VLV-011 line which includes 1/2" sanitary, PEX valves. The insides of these valves are completely copper. Further, they are 100% factory assembled and tested with no subsequent modifications necessary! No other 11 ton TXV has this level of copper in them!

The York SV line is available in 5 models, for between 0.4 tons (SV-05) and 6.4 tons (SV-11) of cooling capacity. The SV systems are compatible with an air conditioner or heat pump R-22, -401A, -125A, -500A, and -600A Series.

The YORK S1-VLV series valves are designed to work on the York AH, AHK & HW series Air Handling Units. They are also compatible with most 1" port plate chiller models. These valves are rated @ 11 ton maximum capacity.

S1-VLV Series 5 " is a two-stage Sporlan variable refrigerant volume (VRV) system with a newly designed outdoor air economizer, weather protected indoor air sensor and a three-stage heating/cooling variable-speed scroll compressor. These 2 stage systems have been designed for comfort air conditioning with lower capacity indoor units capable of achieving heating, cooling and heating supplemental heating.

Recently, The Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (ASHRAE) recognized York as a 2010 Gold Medal recipient for its R-410A coil design innovation. York also received the ASHRAE New Products Merit Award for 2011 for its PFA-coated aluminum evaporator coils.
