The Schlage 09-509 027 625 Thumbturn Deadbolt is designed for use on wood doors. It mounts to the door using a standard 2-3/8 inch mounting hole. The deadbolt handle is supplied with a 1 inch strike to divide panel for security. This center door deadbolt will fit 1-3/8 to 1-7/8 inch thick doors and it comes complete with a matching Thumbturn latch and door knob set which can be used in either lever or paddle style configuration.

Built with a 30% stronger housing and reinforced steel hinge pin, the Schlage thumTurn features faster torque times, one-handed operation, and no protruding cam, providing peace of mind and security in any application. Available in rounded and square corners. All Schlage thumTurn models are carry-in rated to the ANSI/BHMA A156.3 standard.
