The ICP Series Single Phase, 1/2 HP Blowing Machine is an all electrical design. The enclosure is built with a steel frame with durable powder coat finish. Revolving motor mount provides easy access to adjustable air inlet and discharge settings, while the enclosed impeller cover protects the motor and fan from dust and debris.

The HEIL QUAKER is 1/2 HP, 115-Volt, Single Phase, 1725 RPM motor with a 6' SJT #18 flexible electrical cord. An overload protector is built into the motor. It has a 3/8" OD, 1/8" HP steel tube centrifugal blower wheel with solid bushing and a rear air outlet. Speed and forward direction are controlled by a 3500 rpm motor speed control switch (reversing at 4770 rpm max).

The ICP 1/2 HP Sidewall Blower Motor is designed specifically for use in the Heil Quaker/Quaker II series. The ICP series includes several motors that are considered "interchangeable" due to similarities in shaft size, electrical requirements, mounting, and external dimensions.

The blower is a unit having an electric motor driven by single phase 115V, 60Hz, A.C. power and includes a belt guard, a motor housing, a fan housing, a fan wheel and an impeller. It is rated at 1/2 horsepower at 115 volts, 60 Hz and 3.8 amps (208 watts). Overload protection is provided by a thermal trip circuit breaker mounted in the motor encloser or circuit breaker located on the blower body.

The HEIL® Quaker® is a single phase, belt driven blower featuring durable Metal Injection Molded (MIM) motor end caps. The True Space™ motor plug-together and MIM motor end caps allow the blower to fit in tighter areas within an application. Externally available for quick and easy service, it also features a removable air inlet tube for servicing the impeller. This model comes with double pulley for 100 ft maximum length of belt.
