The 1035 140 I is a 3.5" X 3.5" Square Mortise Hinge with a Bright Nickel finish. The aluminum tailpiece has 5/8" vertical adjustment and 5/8" horizontal adjustment, features a soffit mounting-rail mounting application, and comes complete with one steel pin per hinge.
