1/8" NPT. AUTOMATIC VENT LIMITING D
This automatic vent limiting device is designed for use with Maxitrol controllers. It will limit the inlet air to OEE by a preset amount based on external pressures and/or suction. The 1/8" NPT fitting accommodates the aluminum port on the 325-3 and 325-3L regulators. This automatic vent limiting device will limit air into the system by 1/8” NPT male threaded male fitting; not supplied with controller but sold separately. A separate control device
Keep your heater from venting too much gas by adding an Automatic Vent Limiting Device to your Maxitrol® 325-3 or 325-3L regulator, sold separately. This vent limiting device automatically reduces the gas flow as the flame approaches its limits, to prevent pilot flame tip-over and excessive heat loss. Vent limiting devices offer increased safety at a reasonable cost when used in conjunction with the required heater safety shutoff valve. Insert into an existing 1/8" NPT gas line that
To prevent excess flow of air from the supply line into the regulator, the Maxitrol 3703 automatic vent limiting device controls the amount of bleed-off air that is vented. With a simple configuration for installation, this device is normally installed onto a vent line between the regulator and outdoors. The adjustable bleed-off valve can be adjusted to prevent excessive air from flowing through the vent limiting device to the outside atmosphere.
Maxitrol 3703 Automatic Vent Limiting Device for 325-3 and 325-3L Regulating Pressure Regulators. Aluminum body with plastic top caps. Maxitrol is a family of matching components designed to ensure safe and dependable, accurate performance of MSA's industrial products. Maxitrol components are individually covered by part numbers which indicate material and mounting. Maxitrols are used with MSA's 3100 series oxygen regulators.
The purpose of an automatic vent limiting device is to limit the pressure in the gas piping to the type of gas being used. This enables installation of a regulator which limits the flow rate and the pressure to a safe minimum. The Automatic vent limiting device Gas is installed between the check valve and regulator. The majority of gas regulators require a vent of 20 feet (6 meters) on all gases except for Propane which requires 10 feet (3 meters).
If you are looking for a secure way to use your propane regulator in high wind conditions, this is the device for you. The Maxitrol 3703 automatically cuts off the output of any 325-3 or 325-3L Regulator with a wind rating of up to 17 mph, keeping your picnic at a comfortable temperature. The Maxitrol 3703 includes: 1/8" NPT attachment fitting, Maxitrol wiring harness and control mechanism, and a manual reset button. Available
Reducing CO2 output while providing adequate ventilation for your greenhouse is extremely important. A simple way to keep your greenhouse's CO2 levels optimal and prevent large quantities of air from entering the room every time the door is opened is to use this vent-limiting device. The adjustable collar will control airflow by limiting how much gas pressure is needed to open the regulator.
