The Schlage 13-047 625 deadlatch has a draft guard to prevent cold air and insects from entering through the lock. This single cylinder deadlatch is ANSI/BHMA certified, which guarantees that it will stand up to the toughest weather conditions. It comes with a lifetime mechanical warranty and a one-year finish warranty.

This deadlatch has been discontinued and replaced by model number 13-047 625 ND. In order for the Searcy lock to be interchangeable with this deadlatch, Searcy reworks the interior mechanism of their locks at no extra charge, making it possible to retrofit these locks by installing an updated cam follower. Searcy will also keep a 100% inventory of this part in case distributors run out of stock.

The Schlage 234 ND Series Deadlatch

The Schage 370 Series Deadlatch is available in both 13 series and 14 series laminated door options, making it fit for all applications. It has a concealed strike, magnetic catch and ball detent locking system. The deadbolt and doorknob features are compatible with Security Strike such as the 13-040. The latch has passed multiple tests to ensure compatibility with a variety of Schlage Locks.
