The Schlage F Series DeadLatch with Alarm provides a glass break sensor that sounds an alarm if the lock is broken or tampered with. The built-in 120 db alarm will deter tampering and alert you to potential break-in. The lock can be programmed to alert you via email or text message when the deadbolt is unlocked, providing further security.

The Series 620 Deadlatch from Schlage is ideal for frame out applications and can be used for low-medium security applications. The deadbolt latch has a latch function up to 192mm (7.55 Inch) and is designed with stainless steel. It also includes a cylindrical lock core that is hand changeable.

The Schlage 1630-F deadlatch handle features satin nickel finish with quarter latch. The 1630-F features a ANSI Grade 2-1/4" backset and is designed to accommodate wooden doors 1 3/8" to 1 3/4" (35mm to 44mm) in thickness. The deadlatch has two vertical operating bars, and the finish can be special ordered in polished brass or antique copper.

The Schlage FEATURE line deadlatch is designed to offer a quality alternative to the basic Grade 2 deadlatch. It meets ANSI/BHMA A156.2 as a security rated device.

Full mortise locks are required for all out swinging storm and screen doors if proof of dead lift protection is required by local codes.

Schlage's Univen Deadlatch is a Z-Wave enabled deadbolt that features Schlage Sense Technology, allowing you to control the lock using the Schlage Sense app or Z-Wave technology
