Our 27" thermocouples are designed to work with our RF-203 and RF203B (w/A and B suffix), and the RG7 (w/A-B suffix). They are also compatible with the RTD hole pattern on the Brewer's Edge, HLT-190, and HLT-200 Heat Exchangers. This is a genuine oem replacement part. No modification or adapter necessary.

The genuine OEM thermocouple temperature probe is designed for applications requiring a 33 ft element length. The low mass of the probe provides fast response times and minimizes any thermal lag. Stainless steel sheath resists the harsh environment of industrial ovens and can withstand temperatures to 1800°F. Ergonomic female connector with 7/32 in. hex nut allows easy connection to the wires through a clamping ferrule.

The Thermocouple measures temperature in food service products including ovens, broilers and grills, steam kettles, dehorns, dryers, vacuum coolers and holding units. The 27" stainless steel thermocouple is used for many prep applications and is ideal for retrieving fresh pizza from a prep deck.
