Our 2-1/4 in. Dimple Die Punch and Flare set quickly creates a perfectly flared hole into a pipe that is no more than 1/2 in diameter. The punch has a lock that prevents inadvertent movement. And the die is made of hardened steel with a hardened steel punch which allows manufacturing tolerances of less than .002 in.

This handy Die Punch and Flare System combines the Darby jig system with the convenience of a heavy-duty die punch to make flaring, flare trimming, and flaring dies obsolete. Ideal for expanding copper pipe, this kit uses standard Darby sockets to produce flares in diameters up to 1-1/4 in., plus 2-1/4 in. flare dies to create custom flares in sizes up to 1-1/2 in.

The new 2-1/4 in. Dimple Die is designed for your heavier walls, tubes and larger sheets. The new Die is split into two separate lanes, allowing you to set the flare on one side and the dimple on the other.

The 2-1/4 in. Dimple Die Set with LC pattern is designed to provide maximum flare while maintaining a smooth, consistent shape of the pattern.
